For decoration, ask whether you can concentrate spend on the most visible areas (stage, head table, photo booth) and keep the rest simple. For documentation, negotiate coverage hours instead of a full-day package, or skip add-ons like same-day-edit video if they're not a priority.

It's also worth asking your venue, sound, or decor vendor about bundling — some Jakarta multipurpose halls already partner with specific catering or sound vendors and can offer a better combined rate than booking each separately. If your date is flexible, ask vendors directly whether there are quieter weeks or months for them — that's usually when they're more open to negotiating than during peak demand.
